Is that it is trivial to find someone by collecting their IP address (as this site does), then use it to ban them from accessing the site or, giving away their location.
All you have to do is get a lawyer, such as one I’m related to, to send a letter to their ISP requesting the details of who connected from that IP at that time so that you may send a legal warning letter (or to throw a brick through their window). Simple eh?
